Delivery Time

The amount of time it takes to receive your order will vary based on how it is shipped, where it is shipped from, and where it is shipped to.

The total delivery time can be broken down into processing time and shipping time:

• You place your order online or on the phone

  

  Processing time is the time between when you place your order, and when your items are shipped from our warehouse.

• Your order is shipped

  

• Your order is delivered !

  

  Shipping time is the time between when your order leaves our warehouse, and when it is delivered to your chosen shipping address.

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will usually try to ship all or part of your order to you from the warehouse closest to you, depending on the items you order and the location you are having them shipped to.
